Notes:
• Training runs are greater than ~6 miles long and greater than ~1,500' of elevation gain.
• Maintaining runs are decent are trail runs that don't quite make it to Training status.
• Recreational runs are just for fun and usually involve little to no elevation gain.
Also Note:
It's not super rigid/dogmatic, these definitions.
E.g.: if you see a run that's 5 miles long but 2,000' in elevation gain, it might get promoted to Training, for being close enough.
(Try to be a little flexible here, is all I'm asking)
